Im checking to see who did your pedicure and i will talk to that employee on why she acted that way because non of the employee acts out like that at Astra and we are very sorry. We dont require any tip on venmo that is just an option. If u do tip on venmo that is greatly appreciated. Also we never push customers to get more service. It is up to them. Thank you for always coming to us! And we are very sorry u experienced that. I will take further action on the employee thank you.

Hi was the gift card from new astra nails gift card? Or was it the old one from 2-3 years ago? Since Astra have changed owners the previous owners refused to give all the sold gift card pay so we couldn’t accept the old gift cards, we did for a while but then loss was on us. However if its our new gift card im so sorry we will take that gift card and i will check whoever did your pedicure so we can figure out why it happened. Thank you.
