I had an excellent experience with Ari. She accommodated me promptly, even though they were very busy, just to meet my appointed time. She is always gentle, careful, and meticulous with her work. I will always return and recommend her.

Hi Hilary! Im so sorry u had to go thru that experience. Im checking to see who did your pedicure and i will talk to that employee on why she acted that way because non of the employee acts out like that at Astra and we are very sorry. We dont require any tip on venmo that is just an option. If u do tip on venmo that is greatly appreciated. Also we never push customers to get more service. It is up to them. Thank you for always coming to us! And we are very sorry u experienced that. I will take further action on the employee thank you.
